Paul Fox CDir FIoD AIEMA

Managing Director

Paul takes responsibility for company leadership, strategy, corporate governance and compliance, corporate finance, the strategic operating plan, development of company policy, provision of company resources, developing & maintaining an executive team, plus implementation of operational & planning control systems.  He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors as well as holding the highest accreditation the Institute can offer, Chartered Director, one of only 1200 in the UK. He is also a member of the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment.  Paul is currently studying for an MBA at Warwick Business School, one of the world’s leading business schools.

Andrew Dart CMIoSH ARMI

Operations Director

Andrew is responsible for all projects and contracts across the group, as well as for group health & safety matters.  He holds CMIOSH, is a Fellow of the Asbestos Removal Management Institute, and is a qualified asbestos surveyor.  He further holds a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership, plus NVQ4 in Waste Management.  He has supervised and project managed many high profile asbestos removal and disaster recovery projects over a 25-year career, and is a highly sought after source of technical knowledge within the industry, working across numerous sectors including defence, industrial, schools, hospitals, government and local authorities.

David Mulcahy MIIRSM


David founded Merryhill in 1980, and was Managing Director until 2011, when he took up the role of Chairman. He is a co-founder of the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association, and remains passionate about improving health & safety standards across the industry to this day.  He is current ARCA Treasurer and holds a NEBOSH Diploma in Construction Safety & Health, in addition to being a member of the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management.
