	David Mulcahy - Chairman
David founded Merryhill in 1977 and was Managing Director for the last 30 years until December 2011. He is a co-founder of the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association, and remains passionate about improving health & safety standards across the industry to this day. He is current ARCA Treasurer and holds a NEBOSH Diploma in Construction Safety & Health. David is married and lives in the New Forest.

Paul Fox – Managing Director

Paul takes responsibility for company leadership, strategy, implementation of the strategic operating plan, development of company policy, provision of company resources, developing & maintaining an executive team, development & implementation of operational & planning control systems. He holds both the prestigious Certificate & Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors, the CITB full SMSTS qualification, and is a member of both the Institute of Directors and the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment. Paul is married and lives in East Dorset.

Andrew Dart – Operations Director

Andy is responsible for all projects and contracts across the group, as well as for group health & safety matters. He holds CMIOSH, as well as NVQ4 in both Occupational Health & Safety and Waste Management, and is a qualified asbestos surveyor as well as holding the full SMSTS. He has supervised and project managed many high profile asbestos removal and disaster recovery projects over a 20 year career, and is a highly sought after source of technical knowledge within the industry. Andy is married and lives in Southampton.
